"Cheers Mom - Change your Thinking, Change your Life" is a letter to my Mother, who passed away 10 years ago. I wrote it to show people how you can change your thinking and always find the positive. It is also for those struggling with grief and anxiety, it's o.k. not to be o.k. sometimes. I hope it inspires you to go after what you want in life - you can do anything - it all begins with your thoughts.
